Sources of evidence: Observed AI Behaviour
Observed Business / Source Readiness
Scoring: AI may assist structured evidence extraction. Validation precedes deterministic scoring using defined rules. AI does not decide the final score.
Confidence: Confidence is descriptive and separate from score. Missing or unavailable evidence is identified explicitly, not silently treated as failure.
Provenance: Results state the tested model, test channel, date, evidence and methodology version. Results from different channels are not silently blended.
