This website provides information about maesee and the AI Distribution Readiness diagnostics offered by Baselane Limited. maesee offers the AI Distribution Readiness Check and AI Distribution Readiness Assessment. Diagnostics combine observed AI behaviour with direct business/source readiness evidence and apply defined deterministic scoring rules.

2. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

You must not:

• Use this website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or extract content from this website without our permission

3. Diagnostic services and limitations

Submitting a Check request does not itself create a paid order or take payment. maesee will review the information and confirm the next steps before work begins. No sales call is required to start online.

This section is important. Please read it carefully.

maesee diagnostics combine two sources of evidence: what AI says (Observed AI Behaviour) and what the business makes available (Observed Business / Source Readiness). Defined tests use named models and stated channels. AI may assist structured evidence extraction; validation precedes deterministic scoring. The AI Distribution Score /100 is a diagnostic indicator, with confidence separate from score.

The diagnostic is not:

• A definitive measure of how all AI systems describe, discover or recommend any business
• A guarantee of commercial outcomes, increased visibility or AI-generated recommendations
• A prediction of every future AI interaction or model update
• A universal AI ranking or control over what AI systems say
• A guarantee of autonomous transaction completion through Agent Readiness
• A claim about how consumer-facing AI products will behave in real user sessions

Scores and findings reflect observed model behaviour under controlled testing conditions at the time the audit was run. AI model behaviour can change. Results should be interpreted as a readiness indicator, not a fixed ranking.

Baselane Limited is not responsible for any business decisions made on the basis of a diagnostic report. Clients are responsible for how they act on the findings.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Baselane Limited, including but not limited to:

• The maesee name and product
• The maesee AI Distribution Readiness Framework, methodology, testing instruments, prompt packs, scoring rules and associated diagnostic methods
• All text, graphics, layout and other materials on this website

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on this website without our written permission.

The maesee AI Distribution Readiness Framework, methodology, testing instruments, prompt packs, scoring rules and associated diagnostic methods are proprietary to Baselane Limited. Nothing in these terms or in a diagnostic engagement transfers ownership of that methodology to you.

Diagnostic reports produced for clients are provided for the client's internal business use. They must not be resold, republished or used to create competing products or services without our written consent.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baselane Limited excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, business or data arising from use of this website or our services
• Any indirect or consequential loss
• Any inaccuracy, error or omission in website content
• Any reliance placed on diagnostic results beyond their stated scope and limitations

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
